UPDATE - Jim Pribble Named Senior Vice President, Global Corporate Development at Thermon Group Holdings, Inc.

Thermon Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: THR) ("Thermon" or the "Company") today announced the appointment of James A. Pribble, II ("Jim") as Senior Vice President, Global Corporate Development. He will be responsible for coordinating the Company's strategic planning process and will serve as the single point of coordination for Thermon's global corporate development activity. His responsibilities will include identifying, analyzing and recommending both organic growth opportunities as well as external opportunities for mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, including the integration thereof. Mr. Pribble will report to Bruce Thames, President and Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to joining Thermon, Mr. Pribble held a variety of leadership roles in subsea process systems at FMC Technologies, Inc. ("FTI") and he was based in both Houston, Texas and Fullerton, California. He joined FTI in 2011 as a Manager of Projects and Proposals for subsea systems and was promoted to a Product Line Manager for global subsea power in 2013. In August of 2013, Mr. Pribble was tapped to become President and General Manager of the Direct Drive Systems subsidiary located in Fullerton, California where his focus was post-acquisition integration. During his assignment in Fullerton, he was also asked to simultaneously serve as Director, Strategy and Business Development for Emerging Technologies, where he worked to expand FTI's subsea pumping offering. Prior to FTI, Mr. Pribble served in the U.S. Navy as a strike-fighter pilot from 2000 to 2011. He earned a B.S. in Marine Transportation from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in 2000 and an M.B.A. from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business in 2011.
